Very welcoming and friendly. Some of the best fries in Newfoundland! The Moose Stew is perfectly seasoned, the Cob is a real home cooked meal and absolutely delicious. And don’t forget to grab some ice cream ok your way out! Yummm
Tasty homestyle cooking with quick service and ice cream counter for dessert. The fish and chips were great. Fresh flaky cod without to much batter. So tasty.
Easily the best meal we’ve had on the west coast! This little restaurant doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the food is delicious and very reasonably priced. We ordered the fish and chips (3pc for only $15.99!) - the fish was fresh and juicy, and the batter was light, crispy, and well-seasoned. Fries were very tasty too! Also a great place to stop for some ice cream. Not to mention the service was very quick and friendly. Definitely worth a visit, especially coming from Green Point or Westbrook.
One of the best places around the area. Soups are great and I still remember the high quality of the chicken tenders. Sitting there with the sightseeing and a beer...such a pleasure.
Yummy moose burger. Extremely tasty turkey veggie soup recommended by the shop keeper. Cute little find on our roadtrip that's for sure!
